This is a picture of me at age 6-7 reading a book with our faithful old dog “Poochie”.
I started telling my son bed time stories from when he was about three years old. Often the stories took us into space and second involved policing. Tom and Pip were either space adventurers or junior-police. They would thwart space pirates, catch criminals, and solve mysteries. Something crazy would always happen leading to big smiles from Jameson.
I consider myself a story teller rather than a writer. I enjoy telling a good story whether on paper or in person. I discovered late in life that if someone gives me a topic my brain will pour out a story in no time. This is perhaps why my stories are on the long side.
Once the epic Wormhole trilogy is completed I plan to write dozens of Tom and Pip adventure stories. I’ve got at least five already written in my head and the sketch of one on paper. Some of the many thousands of stories I’ve told my son over the years are itching to pop out so I can get them into the hands of my fans.
